Every Awaken Sauna is built in our workshop in County Tyrone by the same small team who design it, craft it and stand behind it. We don’t import flat-packs or resell off-the-shelf units. We build saunas properly, using premium Scandinavian wood sourced directly from Finland.
No two customers are the same, and neither are their spaces. That’s why every sauna can be tailored to suit your home, garden or project. From first conversation to final installation, you’ll deal directly with the people building it.

The Wood
Built for Authentic Heat
The materials we work with come from the Scandinavian forests where sauna culture runs deepest. Nordic Spruce, Thermowood and Thermo Aspen are valued for their natural beauty, resilience and ability to age gracefully under heat, developing character with every session.
At the heart of each sauna is a Harvia or Huum heater paired with traditional two-tier seating, creating the layered heat experience that defines a true Finnish sauna. The higher you sit, the deeper the heat. Wood-fired or electric, the goal remains the same: an authentic sauna experience rooted in Finnish tradition, thoughtfully crafted for modern living.
