Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or using any Awaken Saunas product. By placing an order or using our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Acceptance & Product Usage
By purchasing a product from Awaken Saunas, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. Our saunas are designed for domestic and commercial use in accordance with the guidelines provided at the time of purchase. Products must be used in line with all accompanying instructions and local regulations.
Safety Guidelines
Users should consult a medical professional before using a sauna if they have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant or are taking medication that may be affected by heat exposure. Children should be supervised at all times. Never use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not exceed recommended session durations.
Product Care & Maintenance
To maintain the longevity and appearance of your sauna, follow the care and maintenance guidelines provided with your product. Regular cleaning, appropriate ventilation after use and periodic re-oiling of exterior surfaces are recommended. Failure to follow maintenance guidance may affect your warranty coverage.
Liability Limitations
Awaken Saunas shall not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, modification or failure to follow product instructions. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Delivery Terms
Delivery timescales are provided as estimates and may vary depending on product availability and your location. We will endeavour to meet all quoted delivery dates but shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access and a suitable site for delivery and installation.
Warranty
All domestic saunas are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. Commercial saunas are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or failure to follow care instructions.
Electrical Work
All electrical installations must be carried out by a qualified and certified electrician in accordance with local regulations. Awaken Saunas accepts no liability for electrical work carried out by unqualified persons. Any damage resulting from improper electrical installation will void the product warranty.
Wood-Burning Saunas
Customers purchasing wood-burning saunas are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local building regulations, planning permissions and smoke control area restrictions. The customer is responsible for the safe operation of the stove, chimney maintenance and all associated fire safety measures.
