Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Awaken Saunas purchase. Please read our returns policy below for details on eligibility, process and timelines.

Delivery

All products are delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery timescales are estimates and will be confirmed at the point of order. Please inspect your product upon delivery and report any damage or defects within 48 hours of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition. The product must not have been assembled, installed or modified in any way.

Custom and bespoke saunas are non-refundable. As these products are made to your specific requirements, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at awakensaunas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 3 working days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or was delivered in error.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you would prefer an exchange, please include this in your return request and we will do our best to accommodate.

Warranty

All Awaken Saunas products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects. Domestic products carry a 12-month warranty and commercial products carry a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. For warranty claims, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
